Privacy Policy Supplement

The IT Hero campaign

As part of our ongoing efforts to deliver engaging experiences, ScreenCloud is offering the IT Hero Campaign, which includes a face-swap feature. This supplement outlines how personal data is processed in connection with this feature. This document serves as an addendum to our Privacy Policy and will remain effective for the duration of the campaign.

Processing and Use of Submitted Images

To participate in the face-swap feature, users are required to upload an image. The submitted image will be:

1. Processed by an external API provided by PiAPI.ai, which specializes in AI-powered face-swapping.
2. Stored temporarily in the Prismic Media Library, which ScreenCloud uses to manage website assets.

Third-Party Data Processing

ScreenCloud transmits uploaded images to PiAPI.ai for processing. Please note the following:

• PiAPI.ai processes images independently of ScreenCloud, and we do not control their data retention, usage practices, or potential use of your image to improve their AI models.
• We encourage you to review PiAPI.ai’s privacy policy to understand their data handling practices.

ScreenCloud disclaims any responsibility for PiAPI.ai’s practices or outcomes from the processing of your image.

Data Retention and Security

ScreenCloud will retain your submitted image in the Prismic Media Library only as long as necessary to:

• Fulfill the face-swap functionality.
• Comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Images will be securely stored and removed once they are no longer required for these purposes.

Consent and Acknowledgment

By participating in the IT Hero Campaign and using the face-swap feature, you:

• Acknowledge that your image will be processed by a third-party provider under their own data policies.
• Agree to the storage of your image by ScreenCloud as described in this supplement.
