Take Control of Your Feeds with Managed Posts

You asked for more control over your internal feeds—and now you’ve got it.

With our new Managed Posts feature, you can now view and manage exactly which posts flow from your platforms to your screens. This means you get the power to keep your screens relevant, engaging, and on-message, without worrying about unwanted content slipping through.

Your feed integration will pull in the latest 50 posts from your platforms.

What You Can Do with Managed Posts

Inside the new Posts Management section, you’ll be able to:

• Preview incoming posts on the topics you selected during your configuration, so you always know what’s queued for your screens.
• Hide any content you don’t want displayed—keeping your screens aligned with your goals, brand, and audience.

This makes it easier than ever to ensure your digital signage reflects exactly what you want your team or audience to see.

Post Customization Option

The Settings tab in your Managed Posts section gives you full control over how content from your integrations displays on your screens. Here’s what each option allows you to do:

Playback Options

Hide posts older than [X] days

• Automatically filter out outdated content by setting an age limit. Perfect for keeping feeds fresh and relevant.

Set post duration (in seconds)

• Control how long each post stays on screen. You can stick with the default or choose a custom time.

Set max video duration

• Set a maximum playback length for videos. If turned off, videos will play fully before advancing to the next post.

Resume playback from last post displayed

• When scheduled in a Playlist or Channel with other content, this instance will resume from the post immediately after the last post that was displayed.

Multi-image display mode

• Configure how multiple images in a post are displayed. Default shows a grid of images, and Single Image shows one image at a time in sequence.

Featured Content

Only show featured posts

• When this toggle is turned on only the featured posts from the platform will be shown on screen. All other posts will be ignored, helping you prioritize important announcements.

Only show featured images

• When this toggle is turned on only the featured image from the platform’s post will be shown on screen. All other images will be ignored.

Add Context

Show logo

• Display the source platform’s logo alongside posts, helping viewers quickly identify where content comes from.

Show author

• Add transparency and recognition by including the author’s name with each post.

Links & Attachments

Show a small QR code linking to the original post

• Give viewers quick access to the full content on their devices. They simply scan the code with their phone to read more, download attachments, or engage further.
