Updates to our Terms and Conditions: Putting you first

Note: If you have signed terms in place with ScreenCloud, please disregard this update. Any relevant communications will be communicated by email. 

We are excited to announce some changes to our Terms of Service (previously referred to as Terms and Conditions). At ScreenCloud, we are committed to putting our customers first, and with these updates, we are ensuring our terms reflect the reality of our relationship and provide you with clarity and peace of mind.

Terms of Service

We have made the following updates for your benefit:

  • Updated the language and re-formatted the Terms to ensure your rights and obligations are clearly set out
  • Clarified which laws govern your Agreement with ScreenCloud and updated certain payment terms based on the entity you are transacting with
  • Inserted the option to register your account via Single Sign On for an additional layer of safety for your account 
  • In order to continue providing you with the best possible service while also dealing with rising costs, we have inserted an industry-standard right for ScreenCloud to increase the price of the Services from your next Subscription renewal. 
  • Integrated our Code of Conduct, so you can be assured of our standards and values

Note: These updates will apply to new Order Forms (or renewals of existing Order Forms) effective on or after December 1st, 2023. If you are an existing customer, and agreed to the previous ScreenCloud Terms and Conditions, the new Terms of Service will go into effect on the renewal of your next Order Form.

Sub-processors and Data Protection Addendum

We have made the following updates:

  • Added Microsoft Azure and Salesforce Service Cloud as Subprocessors.
  • Removed Zendesk from our Subprocessors list.
  • To allow us to continuously improve our Services, we have clarified that you will be notified of the addition of any Subprocessors, and if you don’t object within 30 days, we will assume you have agreed to their addition. 
  • Moved the Data Processing Addendum into its own page and improved the formatting for ease of reference.

Service Level Agreement

We have made the following updates:

  • clarified that our Support team is available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week
  • consolidated the length and formatting of the document for ease of reference
