Prior to his role at GroupM APAC, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources for South East Asia at Adidas, where he also oversaw HR for the Commercial and Global functions of its APAC headquarters. He has also held the position of Regional Vice President of Human Resources for Sephora (LVMH) South East Asia, where he played a pivotal role in the omni-channel beauty retailer's rapid expansion. He spearheaded people and organizational development initiatives, leading digital and omni-channel transformation across 10 countries and driving the successful entry into new markets.

His contributions to the field of HR have been widely recognized, earning him the distinction of being named a Game Changer by Workforce in 2015.
