Unlimited holiday is a company perk that’s becoming increasingly common in startups. Some companies say it’s amazing for productivity, work-life balance, physical health and general happiness. Others say it creates injustice when some people take more holiday than their colleagues, who are left to pick up the slack. Then there are people who don’t take enough, maybe because they’re worried they’ll look less committed.
